Our phones are answered 24 hours a day for all emergencies. Each month professional property management will provide the client with a detailed statement along with any receipts showing them what expenses that were incurred on the property that month. All expenses are deducted from the rental income and the balance is mailed to the client along with the statement. All property management fees are tax deductible.

Landlord Paralegal Services: (For Landlords Only)
We have our own paralegal department which represents landlords only. We will handle small claims court actions involving your tenants. They are held at the Rental Housing Tribunal. Some of these court actions might involve the following:

  • Non payment of rent.
  • Damage caused to the rental property or building.
  • A tenant has filed an application against the landlord.
  • Evicting the tenant for non payment of rent
  • The tenant or tenants have caused damage to the premises
  • Rent increase disputes.
  • The tenant has performed unauthorized work or construction on the property.
